Our story

Born from what we saw in the field

2022
The finding
In the field, Jules Dumas-Rozoy saw it clearly: in energy renovation, the obstacle is not technical but organisational. A client has to coordinate an engineering office, installers, funding specialists and maintenance contractors, and many profitable projects stop right there.
2023
The founding
He founded KELP in September 2023, in Montpellier, to address it: bringing the energy performance trades together under one roof, with a single point of contact and a single responsibility.
From the first year
Five companies, one complete chain
Rather than one more middleman, the group is organised into five complementary, independent companies: Bureau d'Études, Énergies, Thermiques, Systèmes, Maintenances. Each lives from its own trade; placed end to end, they cover a project from audit to upkeep, under a single contract.
2025
The first major projects
Hospitals, the glass industry: projects change in scale, helicopter lifts and night-time crane work included. Heat recovery from chillers becomes the group's trademark.
2026
Recognition and international development
BFM Business, Forbes, Le Figaro, Capital and Industrie Magazine present the KELP model. Under the general management of Ioann Ducroux-Aggeri, the group structures its growth and prepares its base in Spain, where the energy savings certificate scheme (CAE) calls for the same integrated answer. It is also expanding its commercial and partner network in North and West Africa, Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe.

Each subsidiary is a fully fledged company with its own trade, teams and clients: you can call on one without the others. Placed end to end in the order of a project, they form the group's turnkey offer. KELP steers and controls all the works, with chosen partners on site, under its responsibility.
